Delays in shipments
The shipping company and we make every effort together to get the products to you as quickly as possible. There may be delays in deliveries during the holidays.

If the item you purchased is out of stock, we will notify you by phone - in this case you can decide whether to cancel the transaction or exchange for another item that is in stock.

Exchange and return policy
We allow exchanges of clothes and swimwear

The exchange can be made up to 14 days after receiving the package.

The items can be returned but without a monetary credit.

After we receive the items you returned, they will undergo a quality check, and a coupon code will be sent to you by email for the amount of the purchase to be redeemed on the website.



How is an exchange made?
The item will be sent to us by registered mail according to the instructions attached to the shipping page, and then we will send it back to you with a courier to your home, free of charge.

The returned items must be received back by us within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
The returned items must be in a clean condition when they have not been used, not washed and with original tags attached and the hygiene sticker not removed. Bottoms and complete swimwear should be measured over underwear.
Items from which the hygienic sticker has been removed or which have been measured without underwear, or which have been used, will be returned to the sender.

A full refund will be given if the order is canceled before leaving MORE'NICA

How is the return process carried out?
In the packaging in which the order was sent, a form is attached with the information needed to send the item back to us.
Make sure that less than 14 days have passed since receiving the shipment. Once we receive the items you wish to exchange they will be inspected. The items must be clean, unused, unwashed and with original tags attached and a hygienic sticker.

Items received in a different condition will be returned to the sender.

After we confirm the returned items, we will email you a credit code for the amount of the returned item for redemption and purchase on the website. The exchange process can take 2-4 business days.
